Cancellations and Rescheduling and Late Entry:  A refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 1 business day (24 hours) prior to the start of the class. If the patient does not attend class with no prior notice, a refund will not be given, but a coupon code will be given to attend a future class.  A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site. By registering for this class, you hereby express written agreement to this policy. If you need to reschedule, please call 205-838-6299 so a coupon code can be given to you so you can utilize your payment to reschedule. Please note that late entry into class is not allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for class, you will be asked to reschedule so as to not provide distraction to other patients and instructors. By registering for this class, you hereby express written agreement to this policy.

Cancelaciones, cambios de fecha y entrada tardía: Se otorgará un reembolso si la solicitud de cancelación se recibe 1 día hábil (24 horas) antes del inicio de la clase. Si el paciente no asiste a la clase sin aviso previo, no se otorgará un reembolso, pero se le dará un código de cupón para asistir a una clase futura. Se otorgará un reembolso completo por cualquier clase que sea cancelada por el centro. Al inscribirse en esta clase, usted expresa por escrito su acuerdo con esta política. Si necesita cambiar la fecha, llame al 205-838-6299 para que se le pueda dar un código de cupón y así pueda utilizar su pago para reprogramar. Tenga en cuenta que no se permite la entrada tardía a la clase. Si llega más de 10 minutos tarde a la clase, se le pedirá que la reprograme para no interrumpir a los demás pacientes ni a los instructores. Al inscribirse en esta clase, usted expresa por escrito su acuerdo con esta política.
