ABS
This quick core workout is designed to tighten and tone your abdominals.
Aqua Cardio & Strength
Challenge your muscular strength and your cardiovascular system by using shallow water as your resistance and your support. You can adjust the level of intensity, and all fitness levels are welcome.
BODYBALANCE™ by Les Mills
Ideal for anyone, this class is a new-generation yoga workout set to a soundtrack. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates included.
BODYPUMP™ by Les Mills
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. It features music, certified instructors, and your choice of weight, so it inspires you to get results fast.
Bootcamp
This is an interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, the classes are designed to push you and keep your body guessing. All fitness levels are welcome.
Cardio Fit
Step aerobics, hi-low dance, and fitness drills are included in this 30-minute cardio class. All fitness levels are welcome.
C.A.R.E. (Corrective and Rehabilitation Exercises)
This fun and gentle class integrates the fundamentals of movement and stability through stretching, balancing, anchoring, and mobility techniques.
Deeper Core
Connect with your deeper core musculature as you work in deep water. Participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable treading in deep water.
Flex and Tone
This aqua class challenges your muscular strength using water as your resistance. It’s a great workout for advanced weightlifters as well as beginners, and you can adjust the level of intensity.
Gentle Aqua
This class helps increase the range of motion in your joints and promotes flexibility, muscular fitness, core strength, and posture. It is held in the heated therapy pool (approximately 92-94°F).
H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training)
This class features interval training executed at high intensity by combining weightlifting and cardio movements. It is aimed at increasing the 10 domains of fitness: cardio endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and accuracy. It’s appropriate for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Hoop
Looking for a new way to work your core, arms, and legs while staying low-impact? This this hula hoop dance fitness class for a sure fun way to get a cardio and toning workout!
In Too Deep
This class is held in the deep end of the pool and uses various types of aquatic equipment including ankle and arm cuffs, hand buoys, wave belts, and webbed gloves. Classes vary in intensity from cardio and extensive stretching to abdominals and light strength exercises. Participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable treading in deep water.
Modern Line Dancing
Easy-to-follow choreography to the rhythm of country, hip-hop, and Latin music makes this a class for almost anyone.
Intro to Modern Line Dancing
Join the fun and learn the basic steps used in the Modern Line Dancing classes. Each move will be broken down step by step and put to music. No dance experience is required.
Neuro Strength
Exercise your body and mind while challenging your balance, memory, cognition, coordination, cardiovascular capacity, and muscular strength. This class requires independent mobility or the assistance of a caretaker, and the instructor is not responsible for the personal care of the participants. The class was designed for patients with Parkinson’s disease but is open to all members. Chairs are provided.
SAIL™ (Stay Active & Independent for Life)
This class for older adults includes aerobics, balance exercises, strength training with wrist and ankle weights, and stretching exercises. Classes are led by certified fitness instructors who have received additional training in leading SAIL classes.
SPINNING®
This is a journey to health and fitness. Using a stationary bicycle and at your own pace, the certified SPINNING® instructor will guide you through sessions that blend cycling techniques, sound training principles, and coaching to energize, challenge, and inspire. SPINNING® classes are not competitive, monotonous, or awkward. Every class is a venture to a new, stronger place – both mentally and physically.
Stability Ball CORE
Working on strength from the inner core to the periphery, this class includes breathing mechanics, core bracing, stabilization, and balance. Progressions will be offered, but the focus will be on mastering the basics first and foremost. Participants must be able to sit on the ball without assistance.
Straight Up Strength
This high-energy strength and endurance workout uses free weights and bodyweight exercises. It’s suitable for all fitness levels.
Strength Express
This class packs the same punch as our Straight Up Strength classes but in a shorter format. It’s suitable for all fitness levels.
Strengthen & Stretch
Combining Straight Up Strength with stretching, you will get the best of both modalities in one class. It’s suitable for all fitness levels.
Stretch
This fitness class focuses on stretching muscles to improve flexibility and range of motion, and it also can include core-strengthening and relaxation techniques. Participants must be able to move to and from the floor.
Sunrise Stretch
Wake up your body with stretching and mobility exercises that encourage proper body alignment all day long. This class is held outside in the presence of the sunrise when weather permits; otherwise, it is held in the open studio on the second floor.
LES MILLS TONE™
This class offers the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training. As a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE™ has a wide variety of options to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.
Total Core
Participants learn appropriate breathing, movement awareness, and control from the center, in order to support the spine and pelvis while strengthening and stabilizing your body from your core to your extremities.
Triple Threat
This high-impact/high-intensity class uses plyometric exercises, weights, and your own body weight to provide a full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups in every session.
TRX (Total Resistance Exercise)
TRX suspension training is the cutting edge of endurance and strength training, designed to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. By leveraging gravity and your own body weight, it provides a challenging, effective workout.
TRX – Seniors
Designed for our senior population, this class uses appropriate modifications and props to create safe but challenging sessions.
Water Aerobics
This invigorating pool workout for swimmers and non-swimmers provides a total-body, non-weight-bearing option for starting an exercise program or adding to an existing one. By using the water as resistance, you can determine your own intensity level.
Yoga
Participants learn how to control their breathing through various poses. Some of the many benefits include reduced stress, lower anxiety levels, and improved flexibility, as well as increased strength, posture, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion
This class combines the fundamentals of Pilates and yoga.
