While the end of life is often a hard subject for people to discuss, this educational program will help you prepare yourself and your loved one, on your own terms. Geared toward cancer survivors, this program invites participants to experience death and dying as a healthy part of life, including planning and preparation, the moment of death, the grieving, and the living on.
