At UAB St. Vincent’s, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way on your pregnancy journey.

Our Bump Basics virtual class is designed to equip you with the most up-to-date, evidence based information to help you feel informed, empowered, and confident as you prepare for the months ahead.  This FREE one hour online session is an important first step toward a healthy pregnancy.

Together, we’ll cover key topics including:

• Nutrition and Safe Exercise
• Common Symptoms and Discomforts
• Warning Signs to Watch For
• Emotional Health and Wellbeing
• Ultrasounds and Prenatal Testing
