SUMMARY:Spinning Babies Birth Preparation Class
DESCRIPTION:Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class highlights your baby’s active role in rotating down and through the pelvis for birth. Head-down is only the beginning—the direction your head-down baby is facing can significantly influence the length\, comfort\, and ease of your labor. \nIn this class\, you and your birth partner will learn practical techniques to use both before and during labor to help “make room for baby.” Spinning Babies® teaches how supporting optimal fetal positioning can promote a more comfortable labor and a smoother birth experience. \nThis 2-hour course is intended for expectant mothers and a support person.  Expecting mothers must be at least 24 weeks pregnant. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement\, as you will be practicing some of the techniques during class. \n  \nRefund Statement: \nDue to limited classes\, we regret we must keep rescheduling to a minimum. A class may be rescheduled one time for non-emergency reasons. For class cancellations\, a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice prior to the class is required to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for any missed classes. \nWe reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather\, lack of participants\, and/or scheduling conflicts.

We’ll focus on practical techniques for getting started in the early weeks and building a positive\, successful breastfeeding experience. \nYou’ll learn about: \n\nThe many benefits of breastfeeding for both mom and baby\nHow to achieve a comfortable\, effective latch\nPositioning techniques for success\nTips for maintaining breastfeeding when returning to work\n\nThis class provides evidence-based education in a supportive\, encouraging environment where your questions are always welcome. \nOne support person is welcome — and strongly encouraged — to attend so they can learn how to best support you along the way. \nFor the greatest benefit\, we recommend taking this class about 30 days before your due date. \nJoin us and feel empowered as you prepare to nourish and bond with your baby! \n  \nPlease be sure to fully complete your registration. At the end of the process\, you will need to click the “GET TICKETS” button and see an “ORDER RECEIVED!” message. You should also get a confirmation email.
