DESCRIPTION:Becoming a BIG Brother or BIG Sister is a big deal—and we’re here to help your child feel prepared and excited for their new role!\nThis fun and interactive class is designed for children ages 3–8 who are welcoming a new baby into the family. Kids will discover ways to safely and lovingly support their new baby while feeling confident and included. \nIn this class\, children will learn to: \n\nGently hold and interact with a baby\nHelp with simple tasks like diapering\nPractice important safety skills\nTalk about and understand the “big feelings” that can come with becoming a sibling\n\n  \nThrough hands-on activities\, age-appropriate discussions\, and even a tour of the maternity area\, your little “Bigs” will leave excited and ready to embrace their new super role.  Each participant receives a special certificate to celebrate becoming an official Super Sibling! \nAt least one parent must attend with their child. \n\nPlease be sure to fully complete your registration. DESCRIPTION:Adding BALANCE to your body creates comfort in pregnancy and sets you up for a more straightforward labor! \nThis is a 45-minute\, private consultation designed for you and your support person.  Must be at least 24 weeks pregnant. \n  \nIn these sessions the focus is on: \n\nBalancing the body\nLearning comfort measures & techniques that can be used in labor\nEmpowering your support person in their role for childbirth.\n\n  \nHow is this different from Spinning Babies? \nSpinning Babies is an in-depth class teaching you balance\, gravity\, and movement.  It helps make room for you baby – so your baby can rotate into the most optimal position for birth.  Body Balancing focuses more on comfort measures and techniques. \n  \nAll Body Balancing sessions are led by Rachel Taylor\, RN Certified Spinning Babies Parent Educator \n  \nPlease be sure to fully complete your registration.
