The various teams that make up primary care include:

Primary care

Primary care doctors are usually your first point of contact and ongoing connection to care. When you aren’t sure what you need or how to access health care services, a primary care doctor can help you with a personalized care plan.

Family medicine

Family medicine doctors serve a wide range of health care needs for adults and children. Services include screenings, wellness visits, vaccinations, care for minor illnesses, and help managing chronic health conditions.

Internal medicine

Internal medicine doctors specialize in diagnosing and treating health conditions in adults. They will make sure you’re up to date on screenings and yearly wellness checks, prescribe medications, and help manage chronic conditions. Your internal medicine doctor will also help you manage any advanced care you may need.

Obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN)

OB/GYN doctors provide care for girls and women of all ages, focusing on female reproductive and pelvic health, pregnancy and birthing, and menopause. They provide screenings, exams, surgery, and more.

Pediatrics

A pediatrician is your trusted partner in keeping your children healthy. They provide wellness checks and vaccinations, identify health concerns, and deliver care for minor injuries and illnesses. If your child needs specialty care, your doctor will connect you and your family to the right specialist.

Urgent care

Doctors and nurses at our urgent care clinics provide care for children and adults with minor injuries or illnesses that need attention outside of a regular appointment. Your primary care doctor will receive a report from your visit, to stay informed about your health. If needed, you will be referred to a specialist for more advanced care.
