Oneonta, Ala. — UAB St. Vincent’s Blount is pleased to announce that its Wound Center is a dual recipient of RestorixHealth’s Clinical Distinction and Excellence in Patient Satisfaction awards.
The Clinical Distinction Award honors wound centers that meet or exceed national quality benchmarks over a six-month period, while the Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award recognizes superior performance ratings from patients. To qualify for the Clinical Distinction award, centers must meet a minimum healing rate of 92% or greater with 32 days or less median days to heal. Excellence in Patient Satisfaction award recipients must receive a 96% or greater patient satisfaction score.
