The UAB Medicine St. Vincent’s Medical Group is pleased to announce a new primary care clinic: UAB Medicine St. Vincent’s Primary Care Chilton, which is located at 260 Health Center Dr. in Clanton, Ala.
The clinic is led by Hirenkumar Jani, M.D. Dr. Jani is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing complete, personalized care for patients age 18 and up. His focus is on preventing disease and providing research-backed treatments that support long-term health and wellness.
Dr. Jani also has a special interest in providing outpatient acute care and managing chronic conditions, with a strong emphasis on early treatment and preventive care.
