Adding BALANCE to your body creates comfort in pregnancy and sets you up for a more straightforward labor!
This is a 45-minute, private consultation designed for you and your support person. Must be at least 24 weeks pregnant.
In these sessions the focus is on:
- Balancing the body
- Learning comfort measures & techniques that can be used in labor
- Empowering your support person in their role for childbirth.
How is this different from Spinning Babies?
Spinning Babies is an in-depth class teaching you balance, gravity, and movement. It helps make room for you baby – so your baby can rotate into the most optimal position for birth. Body Balancing focuses more on comfort measures and techniques.
All Body Balancing sessions are led by Rachel Taylor, RN Certified Spinning Babies Parent Educator
