Moms2Be Program

Moms2Be is a program at UAB St. Vincent’s Hospital created to support expectant mothers who may have unique needs during pregnancy and the early weeks of caring for a newborn. Our mission is to provide education, guidance, and essential resources to help you achieve the healthiest possible outcomes for both you and your baby.

Through personalized sessions with one of our experienced maternity nurse navigators, you will learn about maintaining a healthy pregnancy, safe sleep practices, car seat safety, infant feeding options, breastfeeding support, and postpartum nutrition and recovery.

As you participate in the program, you will also earn important items to support you and your baby, such as a Pack ’n Play, car seat, breast pump, and HALO Sleep Sack.

Eligibility: Participants must be enrolled in Medicaid or BCBS All Babies and delivering at UAB St. Vincent’s Hospital to qualify for the program.

Please be sure to fully complete your registration. At the end of the process, you will need to click the “GET TICKETS” button and see an “ORDER RECEIVED!” message. You should also get a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email, your appointment/class is NOT booked and availability cannot be guaranteed.
