Birth Wishes

Join us for a 90-minute, one-on-one session with one of our Maternity Nurse Navigators, available both in-person or by phone, to help you create your personalized Birth Wishes—a roadmap that communicates your goals and expectations to your healthcare team.

We’ll explore key topics like pain management, labor support, and post-birth care, ensuring that you feel informed and confident as you approach your big day. Whether you’re planning a natural birth, considering an epidural, having a cesarean section, or exploring other options – we’ll help you craft a plan that supports your vision for a positive birth experience.

This service is available to expectant moms 32 weeks or more and planning to deliver at UAB St. Vincent’s Hospital.

In-person appointments also include a tour of the Birth Suites, giving you a chance to see the space where your journey will unfold. Let us help you take this exciting step with confidence!
