Give your newborn the very best beginning with this VIRTUAL class designed to help you feel confident from day one. We’ll explore the essentials of feeding your baby and creating a safe sleep environment—two of the most important foundations for your little one’s health and well-being.

Topics include:

• Providing optimal nutrition for your newborn
• Understanding normal newborn feeding patterns and behaviors
• Helpful supplies for feeding success
• Current safe sleep guidelines and why they matter

This class offers practical, evidence-based information in a welcoming and easy-to-understand format, with time for questions along the way.

Designed for expectant parents enrolled in the Moms2Be Program who have Medicaid or BCBS All Babies coverage, and delivering at UAB St. Vincent’s Hospital.  Upon completion of this class, you’ll earn a Pack ‘n Play to help provide a safe and secure sleep space for your newborn.
